prestigious ASEAN Teochew Entrepreneur Award, and the esteemed EY Entrepreneur of the
Year title in Financial Technology Enablement from global professional services firm Ernst &
Young in 2017. Additionally, the Group was recognized for its excellence, receiving the
ASEAN Business Award Overall Winner for Priority Integration Sector (ICT) in 2018.
Lennon's commitment to excellence extends beyond his corporate endeavors. He is actively
involved in Singapore's business community, holding positions in organizations like the
Teochew Entrepreneurs Club and the Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations. In
April 2024, Mr. Tan assumed the role of Vice President at the Confederation of Asia-Pacific

Ms Yeo Wan Ling joined the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) in August 2020. She holds the position of Assistant Secretary-General and is the Director of U Small and Medium Enterprises (U SME) and U Women and Family (U WAF). Concurrently, Ms Yeo is the Deputy Executive Secretary of National Transport Workers’ Union (NTWU). She is also Advisor to the National Taxi Association (NTA), National Private Hire Vehicles Association (NPHVA) and National Delivery Champions Association (NDCA). Audrey is qualified lawyer, patent attorney and managing director of regional law firm Yusarn

Ms Teo Xin Wei was appointed Regional Director, Southeast Asia with effect from April
2023.
Enterprise Singapore is the government agency championing enterprise development.
ESG works with committed companies to build capabilities, innovate and
internationalise.
Ms Teo works with Singapore companies who are interested to internationalise to the
Malaysia and Brunei markets by sharing market information and introducing in-market
partners. She works closely with her counterparts to enable Government-toGovernment platforms and initiatives to facilitate business interests from Singapore
companies.
Ms Teo started her career with a Singapore fast fashion label and was responsible for
its first market entry into China through Shanghai in early 2010. She joined ESG in
2012 and was with the Customer Service Group to assist Singapore SMEs to build up
their capabilities and readiness for internationalisation through a series of training and
assistance programmes. She then moved on as Senior Manager at ESG’s China
Group desk in 2014, supporting the marketing activities, business interest, investments
and market expansion in the East China region, namely Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang
and Anhui.
In November 2015, Ms Teo was appointed Centre Director of ESG Beijing Oversea
Centre and also the First Secretary of the Singapore Embassy Commercial Section in
